JDTInvestPro in Nashville TN is seeking a highly organized and proactive Company Representative as remote assistant to support our daily operations. This role involves administrative support, client communication, and assisting with business-related tasks in a remote capacity. this is a full / part time job. no more than 30 hours a week. standard business days are monday through friday, but exceptions are possible by prior agreement. In this role, you will be required to search for information on the Internet, make reports, databases, create presentations, schedule business meetings and carry out other tasks of the supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

-Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via email and chat.-Maintain organized records and ensure efficient workflow.-Help with simple remote tasks

Requirements:

-High school or equivalent education level.-Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development.-Be a team player.-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other remote work tools.-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
