Events Assistant

Major Petitions partners with major event venues, concert halls, sports arenas, and major attractions to execute organization goals. We aim to spread knowledge and education in supporting the causes of some of the most affluent organizations in the country.

The Events Assistant can expect to have these responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests and members at sporting, arts, and concert events
  • Registering members for various assigned causes
  • Go through verification process before submitting account setup
  • Hit minimum weekly quota
  • Administrative processing
  • Help colleagues within a team oriented environment
  • Friendly and respectful conversations with customers
  • Tolerate difference of opinion
  • Have fun!

Requirements:

  • Must be 18+
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Able to commute to Louisville, KY
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organization skills
  • Reliability
  • Comfortable working in a socially interactive work environment

Although prior hospitality or customer service experience is valued and recommended, it is not required. Paid training is guaranteed and provided.
