Recruiter

As a Recruiter at RAS Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent within the transportation industry. Your primary objective will be to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified contract carriers to meet our operational needs. You will leverage various recruitment advertising strategies and sourcing techniques to engage potential candidates effectively. You will ensure a seamless experience for all carriers and management. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to building a strong team that drives the success of our logistics operations. This is a remote position and may require occasional travel.

Recruiter responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage all carrier recruiting ads and generate leads in the appropriate markets
• Utilize sourcing techniques to identify potentials through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events
• Work closely with management to identify recruitment needs
• Manage a tracking system to ensure all carrier information is accurately recorded and updated throughout the screening process

Recruiter requirements include the following:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the transportation industry
• Knowledge of driver compliance for pre-screening
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to understand retention strategies
