TITLE: Customer Service Representative POSITION OBJECTIVE: Responsible for interacting with customers, warehouse, brokers and sales staff regarding orders and deliveries. QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A High School Diploma
  • Legal eligibility to work in the US
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
  • Microsoft Office
  • Entry level customer service experience
  • Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary such as overtime and weekends.
  • Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with Customer Service Pool.
  • Enter Customer purchase orders.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries and complaints
  • Liaison for customer orders between all departments
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
