We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator who will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. Job duties will include bookkeeping and mentoring office assistants. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures the smooth running of our offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth. Experience working with Booker or MindBody wellness appointment software is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Greet all clients and introduce all services and products while educating them on memberships and other cost saving packages
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Book appointments and follow up with clients in a timely manner
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Answer phones and take messages
- Generate documents and order new marketing material as needed
- Assist in planning staff events such as awards dinners and fundraising events
- All other duties as assigned
Skills
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Ability to work in a commission and bonus incentive work enviroment
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Interpersonal abilities and experience in sales
- Excellent organizational and decision-making ability
- Leadership skills and team-building skills
- Team-building skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software, CRM platforms, email, social media, and the internet

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
