Administrative Assistant Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant at our Alpharetta location in our Community Association practice group. In this role, you will be responsible for secretarial support and litigation support. Specifically, job functions include e-filing and mailing legal documents, processing incoming legal documents, and occasional phone coverage for reception. Prior experience a plus but not required. The position is hourly, full-time, 32 - 40 hours per week. Work hours are to be completed between 9:00 - 6:00, Monday through Friday. This is not a remote position, and the applicant must be able to come to the office each workday. The ideal applicant will have an eye for detail, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume, deadline-oriented environment. The applicant must have the ability to communicate professionally, and work both independently and as part of a team. The applicant must adhere to a flexible, but predictable schedule. Additionally, the candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication abilities and should be proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, scanning, copying, and faxing. Prior experience with Litify is a plus.
