Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care / Feedback Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance our overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.) in a timely and professional manner
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and report on key findings to management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer care and feedback management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or feedback analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Passion for sports and understanding of the sports industry is a plus
