Overview Job Title: Advisor/Consultant - Plant Manager Location: Remote/Domestic travel Shift: Versátil as needed (dedicated upon deployment) Tax regimens with 'active' situation: Persona física, Régimen Simplificado de Confianza Persona física, Régimen de Actividades Empresariales y Profesionales Deployment: Project deployment to customer locations as needed Pay Range: Based on skills and experience Belcan is seeking an Advisor/Consultant - Plant Manager to work for our customers throughout Mexico. As a Plant Manager subcontracted through Belcan, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our customers' manufacturing and supply chain operations. This position requires a leader with a robust background in manufacturing and supply chain management, capable of providing expert guidance and driving significant improvements. Responsibilities Deploy to customer sites as required, acting as an advisor and team member to address critical needs. Oversee work planning, assigning tasks, and recommending production improvements. Maintain operations in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Manage performance metrics and provide KPI reports to leadership. Ensure quality standards are met and address non-conformity issues. Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure inventory control and meet production schedules. Engage with various teams on-site to assess, mitigate, and implement solutions. Required Qualifications Professional Degree This position requires a bi-lingual candidate (fluid/conversational in English and Spanish) Strong leadership experience in manufacturing and supply chain environments Mexico national citizenship or foreign citizenship with valid work visa or permit is required Belong to any of these two tax regimens with 'active' situation: Persona física, Régimen Simplificado de Confianza Persona física, Régimen de Actividades Empresariales y Profesionales Capable of operating onsite alone to professionally represent Belcan to support multiple parties' interests (Customer/Supplier) Capability to independently represent Belcan and manage multiple stakeholder interests Rapid deployment capability and flexibility in travel Experience in long and short-term project management, with a focus on process improvement Proficiency in KPI management, root cause analysis, and lean methodologies Mechanical and design aptitude, with hands-on manufacturing experience Knowledge of CAD Modeling and MS Office Background in cost reduction strategies Preferred Qualifications & Skills Able to travel internationally (USA Mainly) If you are interested in this Advisor job, please apply via the 'apply now' link provided.
