Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tax expertise and advice to customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Leverage your knowledge of tax laws and regulations to provide accurate and personalized tax solutions.
• Utilize resources such as government websites, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement effective tax strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong background in tax preparation and a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations.
• An active Enrolled Agent (EA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Practicing Attorney certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and other relevant tax guidelines.
