Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance productivity, profitability, and long-term growth, aligning operations with corporate goals.
• Ensure on-time delivery, high-quality execution, and responsive customer support to exceed expectations, while partnering with Sales to drive new business opportunities.
• Oversee multi-process chemical plating operations, ensuring adherence to aerospace, military, and industrial specifications.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM) methodologies to drive process optimization and operational excellence.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Nadcap, and AS9100 while driving safety, quality, and environmental excellence.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, empowerment, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Sales, Engineering, Process Control Lab, Environmental, and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Contribute to financial planning, project management, and strategic input on capital projects while sharing P&L responsibility.

Must-Have Skills:

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in aerospace or industrial manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and operational efficiency strategies.
• Strong leadership capabilities in high-spec, high-mix manufacturing environments.
• Experience with regulatory compliance standards such as Nadcap, AS9100, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Working knowledge of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).
• Experience with multi-process chemical plating operations.
• Background in mentoring and developing leadership teams for succession planning.
• Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement initiatives within regulated industries.
• Experience with financial planning and P&L management in an operational context.
