Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various positions within the organization Utilize social media platforms to attract and engage potential candidates ...

Duties:

- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various positions within the organization
- Utilize social media platforms to attract and engage potential candidates
- Manage job postings and advertisements on various job boards
- Conduct research and leverage resources to identify potential candidates
- Utilize cold calling techniques to reach out to potential candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Assist with succession planning and talent pipeline development
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (e.g., Taleo)
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers regarding the status of open positions

Skills:

- Bilingual proficiency in English and another Spanish
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
- Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Taleo)
- Ability to conduct research and utilize various resources for candidate sourcing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
