We have a new Onboarding Assistant opportunity in our Tampa, FL office, and are seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team within the Enrollment Department! The responsibilities of this position are to ensure our company attracts, contracts, and retains the best drivers, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

A successful onboarding assistant will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future enrollment needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. This position will report directly to the Enrollment Manager.

What Youll be Paid:

$19.00 - $20.00 Per Hour.

When Youll be Working:

Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.

How will you make an impact?

• Sourcing Independent Contractor drivers.
• Placing Ads.
• Screening prospective drivers.
• Collecting required documents.
• Onboarding drivers.
• Answering incoming calls.
• Making outbound calls.
• Email response incoming/outgoing.
• Utilizing excellent communication skills - verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Using organizational, data entry, and documentation skills
• Proper time management.
• Being proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel software applications.
• Problem Solving.

Youre a perfect fit for this position if you have...

• A High School diploma or GED certificate.
• Sales (2 years) or Recruiting experience (1-2 years) (Driver recruiting a plus).
• The ability to pass a Drug Test.
• Trucking or transportation experience (a huge plus).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer efficiency skills.
• The ability to think outside of the box when it comes to sourcing candidates.
• The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems or transportation management systems.
