Essential Functions:

  • Coordinates and performs a range of department support activities; serves as a courier service between other divisions/departments.
  • Provides administrative support such as case scanning for designated location and unit counting when requested.
  • Distributes cases to dental technicians.
  • Communicates with colleagues, dental technicians and managers in a prompt articulate manner.
  • Maintains a day to day professional relationship with dental technicians and managers.
  • Assists customer service staff, floor supervisor and mangers with inter-department case distribution
  • Observes production flow.
  • Performs inter-departments work distribution.
  • Monitors rush case flow.
  • Responds to distribution requests made by TA, QC, supervisor or manager.
  • Distributes cases according to the routing slips.
  • Assigns cases to dental technicians in DL Touch.

Education and Experience:


  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to keyboard 30-35 wpm accurately.
  • Proficient knowledge of general office procedures.
  • Proficient in English verbal communication skills, including professional telephone manner.
  • Reliability, dependability and flexibility.
  • Multi-task oriented.
  • Problem solving abilities.
  • Time management skills.

Pay Range: $17-$17/hour
