The Topocean Group, a leading global freight solutions and supply chain company with branch offices over the U.S. is offering full-time employment opportunities for Operation Coordinator at our Los Angeles headquarters. An exciting career awaits the person who possesses the will and abilities to learn our business and support the development of our group

Responsibilities

  • Handle Ocean import shipments FCL/LCL.
  • Process ISF, AMS, ACI and E-manifest filling.
  • Coordinate with Customs brokers and customers review tariff code.
  • Follow up customs clearance document and release status with customer
  • Collaborate with other teams internally to ensure the highest level of service possible
  • Communicate with vendors, customers to provide solutions & high-end customer service experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree. Preferably majors relating to Supply Chain or related but not required
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to go above and beyond for clients
  • Courage to challenge the status quo when logic and reason require it
  • Professional email communication and the ability to follow-up timely
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Time management and ability to prioritize shipments
  • Bilingual in Chinese will be a plus but not required
  • Legal status to work in the US
