People Creating Success is currently hiring FADE associates in the Ventura, Oxnard, and Thousand Oaks areas to provide support to adults with developmental disabilities in the activities of daily living. We are in search of compassionate, patient, and caring individuals who want to make a real difference in the lives of the individuals we serve.
Our FADE (Facilitating Alternatives for Day Environments) programs provide community-based 1-on-1 support for participants to develop the necessary skills for a meaningful life of their choosing. We develop and follow an individual service plan grounded in Person-Centered Thinking to pursue the life goals of the participants choosing.

People Creating Success, Inc. (PCS) is a leading provider of Supported Living Services, Independent Living Services, and Day Services for adults with developmental disabilities. Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to clear live-scan background check
- Current COVID-19 Vaccination Card or Medical Exemption
- CPR/First Aid/AED Card (Preferred, training offered)
Reliable vehicle (Preferred)
Hours, Wages, and Benefits:
- $18.00 Hourly, Up to 40 hours per week
- Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate for work-related travel.

Performance Expectations:
- Travel with Participants one-on-one to and from their planned activities (i.e. community college, volunteer site, social event, etc.)
- Mentor, guide, assist, lead, care for, and support Participants to achieve their community-based goals (i.e. attend events, build confidence, remain focused, socialize, work out, practice independence, etc.)
- Complete a daily summary of the goals worked on and any relevant updates through the online progress note tracking system.
- Clock in and out remotely using a mobile app.
Attend monthly team meetings and regular check-ins with supervisors.
