Job Description

  • Providing day-to-day support to end users for hardware and software issues.
  • Assisting senior management users in day-to-day IT support operations.
  • Offering hands-and-feet support for remote teams.
  • Coordinating with local service providers for internet, MPLS, and IT asset upkeep.
  • Maintaining records and tracking assets on the system for allocation/deallocation and stock.
  • Providing audio-video support for meetings.
  • Demonstrating excellent understanding of DHCP, DNS, IP Address, Authentication on corporate active directory, wireless and wired office printers.
  • Managing all security component compliances on end-user systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • DHCP: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Jersey City, NJ 07302: Relocate before starting work (Required)
