The individual will have a proven track record in sales and customer service within the automobile industry and an extensive knowledge of the retail vehicle market.

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
  • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
  • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales
  • Help manage all other aspects of the department
  • Be ethical and transparent in leading operations

Sales Manager Qualifications:

  • Possess more than three years of automotive sales management experience, preferred
  • Able to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals with limited direct supervision
  • An impressive work ethic
  • Robust customer service and follow up skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage others
  • Strong Computer and Phone abilities (Internet, MS, Outlook, CRM)
  • Knowledge of automotive systems like eLeads, V-auto, UCS, CDK, Dealer Track or other automotive technology systems
  • Stellantis experience, preffered
  • Provide excellent leadership with great communication skills
