We are seeking a meticulous and organized Data Input Clerk to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with various departments to facilitate data processing and support decision-making through reliable data management. As a Data Input Clerk, your responsibilities will include verifying accuracy of input data, formatting and editing data as needed, and keeping track of received data requests. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in trouble-shooting any discrepancies and ensuring that all databases are up to date. Responsibilities
Inputting large volumes of data accurately into databases and systems
Verifying the accuracy of entered data and correcting errors
Maintaining and updating records and databases as needed
Compiling data from various sources for reporting purposes
Assisting in the retrieval and processing of data requests
Collaborating with team members to ensure data consistency
Identifying and resolving discrepancies in data entries

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Data Entry or relevant fields are a plus
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data management software
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively

PAY RATE : $23.18 - $31.44 Hourly
