At Rock Hill Nursing Center, we’ve taken every aspect of the transitional rehabilitation experience and completely redesigned and re imagined it. At Rock Hill Nursing Center, we specialize in a full spectrum of rehabilitation, including Cardiac Rehab, Orthopedic Rehab and more.

If we decide to move forward you will be notified after the interview with a job offer letter and a schedule provided, we will have to do a background screening and within 1-2 business you will be in a full class orientation that lasts about 2-4 hours.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Have a license as a certified med tech (CMT).

Ability to read, write and speak the English language.

Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level they are currently functioning.

GENERAL DUTIES:

Prepare residents for therapy, activities, physician visits, religious services, etc., to include transporting residents to/from such activities.

Answer residents’ call lights promptly.

Attend in-service educational programs, on the job training programs and meetings as directed.

Assist residents with proper hygiene

Bathe residents as assigned and in accordance with established facility procedures (encourage showers and other self-help measures/activities).

Follow infection control procedures in accordance with established facility policy when isolation techniques are necessary.

Chart required information every shift.

Presents professional image to consumers through dress, behavior and speech.

Adheres to Company Standards for resolving consumer concerns.

Ensures that all consumer/resident rights are protected.
