Overland Park, KS- Recruiter
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a data center in the Overland Park, KS area to fill its Recruiter position. As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing interviews and facilitating job offers. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. This is a 2–3-month contract assignment that can have the flexibility to be hybrid, offering $25-40.00/ph.
Our ideal candidate must obtain at least 4+ years of previous HIGH-VOLUME recruiting experience

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen and assess candidates through interviews and evaluations.
  • Manage the interview process, coordinating with candidates and interview panels.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process in our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

**Qualifications:**
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $40.00 per hour
