The Role
We’re seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to take ownership of our support function. While we have an established system, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to help transition our support processes in-house over time and tailor them to meet our customers needs better.
Initially, you’ll work within our current Zendesk system, leveraging its features to provide exceptional customer support. As the role evolves, you’ll collaborate with our development team to guide and benefit from new custom support features to enhance our users experience.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll:
- Own the Support Queue: Respond promptly and professionally 24/7 to user queries, addressing issues through email, chat, and other platforms.
- User Retention & Reactivation: Follow up with canceled users to understand their issues and work towards reactivating them with incentives like free trials.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and analyze user feedback to share actionable insights with the Product and Business teams, influencing product evolution.
- Grow with Us: As the company scales, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead a small support team.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years in customer support or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
