POSITION SUMMARY:
Direct activities and establish goals for the Manufacturing, Warehousing, Maintenance and Refurbishment departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all customer requirements. Ensure that processes and procedures are in place to comply with all Federal, State and Local shipping regulations along with our companies ISO requirements for all responsibilities.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Directs the activities of the Manufacturing, Maintenance and Refurbishment Departments along with the Central and Remote Distribution Centers
  • Develop and mentor future leaders of the operations team.
  • Develop, implement and ensure that departments operate within established budgets.
  • Direct and establish goals and responsibilities for all manufacturing, warehouse, and transportation functions.
  • Ensure departments operate within established ISO requirements.
  • Onboard and integrate acquisitions and new customers.
  • Other duties, as assigned.
EDUCATION, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field
  • MBA preferred.
  • DOT and Hazardous materials training
  • 8 to 10 years of manufacturing and warehouse supervisory/management experience
  • Chemical processing, handling and manufacturing
  • Knowledge of transportation rules and regulations
  • Strong computer skills including MRP, ERP, inventory and warehouse management, MS Office, Access, Power BI etc.
  • Lean/5S and/or six sigma process improvement
  • SAP experience preferred.
