Position Details: As a Talent Consultant you will be a part of the Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness (TM&OE) Center of Excellence, reporting to a Senior Manager of TM&OE. The Talent Consultant will work on several projects that are both strategic and executional. The primary focus of this role will be to support Employee Listening, and may include other projects in executive development, differentiated development, team effectiveness, change management, or organizational design. This role is hybrid with a requirement of working in Lake Forest two days per week.
You Will:

• Help develop the employee listening strategy through an understanding of the end-to-end business.
• Establish project plans for employee surveys, manage implementation activities and develop all processes associated with program roll-out and ongoing support.
• Shift from strategic to tactical work depending on the situation and role required.
• Navigate complex situations and work as priorities/needs of the business or team can easily change course.
• Demonstrate a consultative approach.
• Communicate with Talent Development Partners and all levels of HR.
• Develop working relationships by building credibility with partners.
• Write communications, presentations, and training materials using measurement and analytics to show program impact.
• Research information and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to arrive at valid conclusions, recommendations, and plans of action.
• Guide the continuous improvement of assigned programs.
• Participate in other TM&OE projects as assigned.

You Have:

• BA/BS or equivalent
• 5 plus years of experience in a related field.
• Experience as a Talent Management Consultant or similar role, with a focus on talent management, employee listening and executive development.
• Created communications and presentations for all levels.
• Experience presenting work to large groups.
• Experience consulting and influencing multiple partners.
• Experience acting with intent, competing with urgency, and winning as one team.
• Experience adapting in an ever-evolving environment.
• Experience managing projects and driving for results.
• Process-orientation/continuous improvement mindset and have implemented improvement opportunities to increase operational efficiency.
• Data acumen to manage data projects and analyze survey results.
• Technical skills proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SmartSheets, PowerBI) and other relevant HR tools.
