Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Lead Sanitarian and Chef team
• The sanitarian is responsible to perform daily sanitation and cleanliness inspections and audits throughout the facility, noting and correcting any issues or violations. This includes cleanliness and sanitizing, employee practices, food handling, temperature control, proper use and handling of cleaning and sanitizing chemicals and all required logging and monitoring forms and other paperwork.
• Performs other duties as assigned
