Fine Print

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience with the Airline or Hospitality Industry. (essential requirement)
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products and Google Suite. (essential requirement)
  • Strong working knowledge of PC-based internet and software applications. (essential requirement)
  • Proficient keyboard skills. (essential requirement)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, middays, nights, overnights, weekends and holidays (essential requirement)
  • Read, write, and speak English fluently (essential requirement)
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience with the Airline or Hospitality Industry.
  • 1 year of escalation experience
  • This position is a work from home position based in Dallas. A wired Internet connection is required. Must have the ability to work in-office once a month and during initial training. Based on operational need, this can change and working in-office full-time may be required. (essential requirement)

Pay & Perks

Compensation is $18.00/hr. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
