PMO Analyst

PMO Analyst

The PMO Analyst will report to the Engineering Manager and establish and maintain project management standards, processes, and best practices, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and achieve strategic business objectives. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, reliable, and considers themselves a go-getter. We need a decision maker who likes to be challenged, and can always be counted on to exercise sound judgement.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering, Accounting/Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3-5 years progressive project/program management experience.
• PMP or equivalent professional certification a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively, including the ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening
• Authorized to work in the United States

A Day in the Life:

• Establish project governance framework involving all stakeholders.
• Centralize project information and provide reporting to relevant stakeholders to ensure management has the necessary information to make timely, well-informed decisions.
• Prioritize projects to align with strategic objectives.
• Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
• Manage cross-functional project review activities and ensure successful performance to quality, cost, production and delivery targets.
• Plan, schedule, visualize and track resources ensuring the right resources are allocated to the right project at the right time.
• Establish team efficiency by facilitating knowledge transfer, collaboration, and communication between departmental project members/teams.
• Create project based leading/lagging KPI’s and clearly visualize for all stakeholders.
• Provide clear vision, develop supporting strategies, and establish accountability.
• Continuously maintain and develop job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
• Additional duties as assigned.
