Responsibilities:

• Efficiently prepare and process application paperwork to facilitate our members access to medication assistance programs.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork to expedite the approval process.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain effective communication and workflow.
• Adhere to company protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance and quality service delivery.

Requirements:

• Proficient in basic computer programs and data entry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
