Servers & Bartenders - Burntwood Tavern

The Monven Group/ Burntwood Tavern was established in 2010 with the goal to give our guests a truly great experience each time they step through our doors. It is our passion to serve our guests and make them feel as though they have stepped into our home.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years bartending experience in high volume is preferred
  • Outgoing Energetic Personality
  • Passion for the guest experience
  • Strong knowledge of mixed drinks
  • General Wine and Beer knowledge is essential to success
  • Reliability
  • Understanding of the steps to great guest service
  • Team oriented attitude – It takes all of us to make each day great!
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays and nights
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs to stock and transport product to and from storage
  • Ability to be standing or walking for 8 straight hours throughout a shift

Pay: $50.00 - $200.00 per day
