The successful retail sales associate candidate will have the ability to manage to deal with client and customer queries, have excellent communication skills, be well-mannered, and be sincerely interested in helping other people and providing the best sales service. Retail sales associate Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

· Youll be out and about interacting with the public inside big box electronic stores and other retailers to promote products and services in a favorable manner.

· Youll help our clients increase their market share and brand awareness through these upbeat, positive interactions.

· Youll take pride in the level of your customer service! Its the sort of service that you want your customers to talk to others about.

· Youll be guiding customers through the sales and post-sale process to ensure their longevity and satisfaction

· Youll be taking accountability and ownership of personal and team sales targets and customer satisfaction

· Youll be responsible for proactive communication with customers, mentors, clients, and team members

· Youll be working with other members of the sales teams to set and deliver customer expectations

We provide full training for the right candidates. A four-year degree is preferred but not 100% required for the right candidate. This position is paid on a combination of base, commission, and bonuses.
