Job Summary
SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with all of the site vendors.
Familiar with business continuity planning, implementation, and testing.
Have a focus on security awareness and auditing compliance of security policies and procedures.
Will need to inspect and review OSHA guidelines. MSDS books must be maintained and updated.
Accountable for inventory of site supplies as well as assisting with budget conversations and staying within budget restraints.
The position is also responsible for general maintenance to the facility while following general safety principles.
Other tasks may be assigned.
Primary Job Responsibilities
KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES/SKILLS
Ability to handle multiple tasks within time constraints.
Ability and willingness to perform physical activities, including but not limited to lifting (60-80 pounds) and climbing ladders.
Strong organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other site staff
Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite.
EDUCATION
H.S. Diploma or GED.
EXPERIENCE TARGET
Prior facilities maintenance experience preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
