Client Services Representative

POSITION SUMMARY:

QX Logistix is seeking an experienced, highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Rep. In this role you will work with our Operations Manager, Sales Team, communicate with customers and warehouse personnel to provide top notch customer service to all clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as a liaison between QX and our customers
• Take responsibility for understanding your customers goals and desired outcomes
• Uncover opportunities to streamline customer requirements, make their jobs easier
• Initiate constant updates to customers and co-workers on project status & freight moves
• Promptly respond to customers and co-workers, operate with a sense of urgency
• Manage internal and external communications via spreadsheets, WMS and email
• Invoice customers in our WMS system
• Participate in labor and productivity planning to increase profit
• Resolve issues promptly and effectively
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups
• Participate in performance measurements and identify areas for improvement
• Develop strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and customer loyalty
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Displays leadership skills
• Possesses an understanding of logistics industry standards and best practices
• Minimum 3 years of Customer Service in warehousing & transportation industry
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Excellent Excel skills and the ability to pick up technology quickly
• 2 years experience working in a Warehouse Management System – Extensiv or 3PL Central a plus
• Understanding of the importance of accurate billing
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to please customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
