Role and Responsibilities:


As a Sales Representative at Brad Sutter State Farm, you will be the face of our agency, engaging with prospective clients and providing them with valuable insurance solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sales and Consultation: Understanding the insurance needs of potential customers through active listening and conducting thorough assessments. Recommending appropriate insurance policies to protect their assets and loved ones.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. Providing exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
  • Prospecting and Networking: Identifying potential clients through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement. Expanding our customer base and contributing to the growth of the agency.
  • Policy Reviews: Conducting regular policy reviews with existing clients to assess their coverage and make adjustments based on life changes and evolving needs.

Qualifications:
