About the Jacksonville Jaguars The Jacksonville Jaguars are a professional football team and a member of the National Football League’s AFC South Division. The Jaguars are one of the NFL’s youngest franchises, playing their first regular season home game on September 3, 1995 in Jacksonville, Fla., and have since won four division titles. Summary The Stadium Operations Center Representative position is part of the fast-paced and exciting event day operations team within the Guest Experience Department of the Jacksonville Jaguars and Daily’s Place. This role will report to the Senior Director of Guest Experience. Job Responsibilities

• Answer incoming radio and phone calls for Jaguars event staff
• Maintain radio/cellular communication with team members concerning game day issues to be resolved
• Serve as liaison between the Jaguars and stadium partner companies in the event of a stadium issue/concern
• Computer entry of all radio and phone calls into game day incident log
• Pre-game, perform checks with each radio channel to ensure gates are cleared to be opened
• Collaborate with other departments including law enforcement, security, ushers, food service, ticket office, retail, parking, housekeeping, and maintenance
• Become familiar and stay up to date with stadium locations, sponsor names, check-in locations
• Have a professional and pleasant phone/radio manner with a professional manner and properly and calmly respond to problem reporters
• Requires ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Able to remain calm and speak clearly in stressful situations
• Complete a post-event report, identifying any continual issues and follow-up items
• Perform individual duties as assigned
• Typing skills and basic computer skills required

Job Qualifications Required

• Available for all the Jaguars home games played at EverBank Stadium, including preseason, postseason games and additional events held at EverBank Stadium & Daily’s Place
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays if necessary
• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience using a two-way radio
• Proficient typing skills
• Customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

• Call center and/or dispatch experience
