Warehouse, Assembly & Packaging

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assembly & Packaging Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products, packaging items efficiently, and ensuring that all orders are accurately prepared for shipping. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and products following detailed instructions
• Conduct quality checks to ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications
• Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet specifications
• Handle tools and equipment (e.g., hand tools, assembly machines) to assemble parts accurately
• Package products carefully for shipment, ensuring they are secure and properly labeled
• Prepare and label packages for shipment according to company procedures and shipping requirements
• Maintain accurate inventory of packaging materials and products
• Assist with stock organization and replenishment as needed
• Report any discrepancies or damages in products or packaging materials to the supervisor
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines for warehouse operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with warehouse housekeeping duties
• Assist with preparing items for shipment and loading/unloading packages
• Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely dispatch of orders

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous experience in a warehouse, assembly, or packaging role preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and team lift up to 100 lbs.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse equipment and tools (e.g., packaging machines, hand trucks)
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move products for extended periods
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

Work Environment:

• Warehouse environment, which may include exposure to varying temperatures or conditions
• Some tasks may require working in tight spaces or elevated areas
